top 6 moisturising hair products

Born with naturally dry curly hair, and with a passion for hair straightening, I know the importance of good hair products. It is essential to use products that nourish and hydrate your hair, without being too greasy.

I have been busily searching moisturing hair products, and this month I have compiled a list of my top 6 products for dry hair:

sebastian professional evokativ moist shampoo and conditioner
evokativ moist

Technically, this is two products but for best results you should use them together. The shampoo has added milk proteins and both products contain Vitamin B5, leaving hair feeling soft, smooth and hydrated.

They have a subtle citrus scent, which combined with the sleek, stylish packaging makes them a great unisex option.

I love everything about these products, starting with the artistic design, and most importantly, my hair has never felt so good.

RRP Shampoo: $30.00
RRP Conditioner: $32.50

apivita propoline conditioner with citrus and honey

apivita conditioner

Another conditioner I am loving right now is Apivita Anti Aging Propoline with Citrus and Honey.

This product is eco friendly and contains olive oil, honey and rosemary infusion. The combination is stunning, and it not only smells divine, it also works a treat.

This product is especially good if you have split ends or have particularly damaged hair.

Hair ends up feeling soft, moisturized and lightly scented!!

RRP: $24.90

kms california moist repair revival crème

knms moist repair creme

Using hair straighteners can damage your hair, and it is important not to rely on shampoo and conditioner alone.

A good leave in conditioner will help, and one of my favourites is KMS Moist Repair. It has a light vanilla fragrance and to use, simply apply to towel dried hair, there is no rinsing required.

Using this product makes a huge difference, I notice my curls are more defined if I leave them to dry naturally, as it takes away that crinkly dry feeling.

RRP: $26.50

pps silk moisturiser
silk moisturiser

If your hair is looking a little dull, try PPS’ Silk Moisturiser, it left my hair looking sleek and shiny.

It comes with added sunscreen protection, which is a great feature in a hair product as it is something which is often overlooked.

This product is Australian made, and works well on dry, damaged hair. Hair ends up feeling soft, without being greasy.

RRP: $16.70

indola innova repair treatment

I love a good treatment, and they aren’t limited to the salon, they can be a great addition to your at home routine.

Used once a week, the Innova Repair Treatment helps to moisturize and restructure dry, damaged hair.

With amino acid and wheat protein, this product leaves hair balanced, shiny, soft and generally healthier.

RRP: $14.95

schwarzkopf seah hair spa blue lotus moisture masque

This is a gorgeous hair mask that can be used every day.

I am in love with the scent; it reminds me of the ocean! It is infused with Blue Lotus extract and gives your hair a deep moisturizing treatment.

Hair is left feeling soft and hydrated. This is definitely one for girls with dry, curly hair.

It is soft and light, easy to apply and comes in gorgeous packaging.

RRP: $34.95
