In Diner Dash 2, our endearing entrepreneur, Flo, returns from Nirvana when she learns that her old corporation (Mr. Big Corp) is planning to demolish four local restaurants to make room for an enormous Mega Multiplex FoodPlaza. Flo rolls up her sleeves to help her friends escape the fate of the wrecking ball before it’s too late. By working as fast as ever, Flo helps each of her friends upgrade their restaurants, expand their businesses, and pay their rent, all in the hopes of defeating the nefarious Mr. Big. Waiting at the end of the game is a surprise for both Flo and her fans, a nice reward for a long day’s work.

Diner Dash 2 builds on the innovative core play of the first game with new features and narrative. The game was designed so that players who have never played Diner Dash before will have no problem learning and getting into the game. But for those who’ve already mastered the original, Diner Dash 2 has many new challenges and surprises in store.

WHAT WE THOUGHT -

I had a lot of fun playing Diner Dash 2, and it is a great concept for a puzzle game. It took hours to work through all the addictive levels. Running a restaurant, along with renovations and impatient customers I thoroughly enjoyed it.

There are a lot of little challenges; it includes restaurant upgrades, entertainment and more. Noisy customers can irritate quiet ones, and babies cry if they don’t have a highchair!

Playfirst is really bringing arcade style games to a new level, instead of hitting balls against a wall; you can now run a stylish restaurant!

I was really impressed with this one, and when I finished the Story Mode, I even went back and played the Endless Mode which is unusual for me. Diner Dash is fun and fresh, Go Flo!
