What we thought

My favourite product in the range, this shower gel is extremely rich and moisturising. It foams up a lot, and a little goes a long way.

It is a perfect product for pampering, every day. Leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth, and works really well if you follow it with the Body Mousse.

Creamy Body Buffer - NEW

Escape to a swanky private party for one (or two!) with this spectacular creamy body buffer. This cashmere-like recipe softens your birthday suit and sloughs away dry, flaky skin.
With velvety shea butter, deluxe apricot seeds and perfectly pink jojoba beads – one of the world’s finest moisturisers. With scents of Tahitian coconut and vanilla you can almost see that hottie surfing on the horizon.

What we thought

Delicious! I love using this product every couple of days, alternating with the Shower Froth. Its vanilla scent is divine, and the exfoliating beads get rid of any flaking skin – and they are pink!
It isn’t too rough, and still very moisturising, which is essential for a good quality exfoliant. This product is a good start to the morning, or to relax after a long, hard day.

Supreme Body Mousse

Craving a sweet escape? Drench your island – starved body with this exotic mix of pure coconut oil, decadent mango butter, rich macadamia nut oil and aloe vera for the ultimate island fix.

With tropical scents of Tahitian coconut and vanilla, you can almost feel the sand between your toes.

What we thought

I loved the mix of aromas in this product, like all Cake Beauty products, it smells delicious!
It is thick and fluffy, and your skin will love it. I am a huge fan of body moisturisers, and have tried many different brands; Desserted Island Body Mousse is definitely one of the yummiest smelling! It will keep your skin soft, smooth and hydrated.

Moisturising Body Glaze

Got a passion for paradise? Treat your skin to the ultimateindulgence with this sheer, moisturising body glaze.
Infused with nourishing jojoba, sunflower and olive oils, this exotic blend absorbs quickly into the skin, giving it an all over suppleness and glow – without the grease.

What we thought

This is a really unique product. You simply spray it on, and smooth it over your skin. It isn’t greasy, and it soaks in. It gives your body a gorgeous, radiant glow.
Once again, I am addicted to the smell; its aroma is similar to maple syrup! Perfect for when you need to show some skin, in the warmer weather.

Summary

All the products in the Desserted Island range smell good enough to eat! However, they don’t just smell good, they work well too. Your skin will look fresh, smooth and hydrated, and you will feel totally girly!
